Our return policy and how to get help if something is not right with your order.

Our promise

We want you to love your Gelos products. If something is not right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on the best solution.

Eligible returns

Unopened items in original packaging may qualify for a return or exchange.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a replacement or refund once verified.

Opened oral care products (toothpaste, mouthwash, serums, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@gelosglobal.com or use the contact form with your order number, the item(s) involved, and photos if the product arrived damaged.

Our team will confirm next steps — which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Please do not send products back without confirmation from our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method where possible.

Refund timing depends on your bank or mobile money provider — typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
